Welcome to Resham’s Art Studio! This website is operated by Resham’s Art Studio, and when we use terms like “we,” “us,” or “our,” we are referring to our studio and services. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients and contributors engaging with our website, workshops  and commissioned paintings.

Please read these terms carefully before using our site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using our website or services. Your continued use of this site signifies your acceptance of the stated conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

Workshops & Private Art Events:

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This guarantees your event date and prevents it from being given to another client.
  • The full payment is required before the event begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. However, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

Commissioned Paintings:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your commissioned artwork. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery.
  • As each painting is custom-made returns and refunds are not accepted once the artwork has been started.

  • Minor adjustments may be possible during the creative process, but significant modifications may incur additional charges

2. Event Duration & Setup

  • Workshops and private art events typically last 2-3 hours, excluding setup and pack-up time.
  • If additional time is required we can extend the session for an extra charge. Please inform us in advance.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • If you need to adjust your event time or date kindly inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes but modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

4. Event Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, the deposit will not be refunded. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
  • No-shows for workshops or private events will result in the loss of the full deposit and cannot be transferred to a future booking.

5. Health and Safety

  • For children’s workshops and private parties, parental supervision is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

6. Liability

  • While we take great care in providing a safe and enjoyable environment, Resham’s Art Studio is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during workshops, events or commissioned artwork handling.
  • By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this condition

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for booking, event coordination and customer service purposes.
  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required for event logistics (such as delivery arrangements).

8. Delivery & Collection

Workshops & Private Art Events:

  • We provide all necessary materials for workshops and private events. Delivery charges may apply based on location and will be communicated beforehand.

Commissioned Paintings:

  • Delivery of commissioned paintings is available within the UAE with charges based on size and location.
  • International shipping can be arranged upon request with additional costs and delivery timelines communicated in advance.

9. Policy Updates

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website and services after any modifications implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required for event logistics (such as delivery arrangements).

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, designs, audio, video, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the “Content”), and all trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United Arab Emirates, international copyright laws and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

 

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  3. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.

  8. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.

  10. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
  11. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  12. Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
  13. Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  14. Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
  15. Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
  16. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
  17. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
  18. Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
  19. Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
  20. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions
