Founder Resham didn’t set out to run art workshops in Dubai. She set out to feel better. After years in the corporate world, burnout led her to painting, and painting led her back to herself. Six months of daily practice later, she had a new sense of clarity, confidence, and calm, and a mission to share that experience with others.

Every session includes all materials, guided instruction, and the freedom to take your time. Whether you’re coming solo, with friends, or organising something for a group, there’s a format that fits.
Sip and Paint Dubai: Pick your surface, canvas, tote bag, glass, mirror, or bottle, and browse over 100 designs from a digital library. Soft drinks or something stronger, we sort the drinks package either way. Need food? We’ll connect you with trusted catering partners at a discounted rate.
Mindful Art Therapy Workshop: This one starts with journaling. You write, you reflect, and then you paint what comes up. It’s quieter than the other sessions, more inward, and often the one people remember most.
Team Building Art Workshop: Canvases rotate every seven minutes, passing from person to person until your original piece finds its way back to you. Fast-paced, surprisingly funny, and genuinely good at getting a group out of their heads and into the moment.
Puzzle Painting Workshop: Each person paints one section of a larger image. When the pieces come together, you’ve got a full collaborative mural. It works especially well for teams, and looks great wherever it ends up on display.
Sessions require a minimum of 10 participants with no upper limit, and the instructor-to-participant ratio stays at 1:20 to make sure everyone gets proper support.
